Khajjiar Lake is located at an altitude of 1920 meters and is spread over an area of ​​5000 square yards. And from here you can also see a glimpse of Mount Kailash. The name 'Mini Swiss' is quite famous for sports like Paragliding and Horse Riding.


Thousands of years ago, this small hill station is also known as the 'Khajji Naga Temple'. This 10th-century religious place is built in a mountainous style and Nagdev is worshiped here.



But especially people prefer to enjoy the climate of this hill station located at an altitude of 1951 meters. The weather is very pleasant throughout the day, after dusk, the weather here becomes so thrilling and enchanting that tourists will go out for a walk wearing light clothes.

The attraction of Khajiyar is very beautiful shadows in the blue water of the lake of cedar trees surrounded by it. The green soft and attractive grass around the lake gives a lot of beauty to Khajiyyar. The beach between the lake has two places.

 After covering a distance of 352 from Chandigarh and just 95 km from Pathankot railway station, there is a great recognition of 'Khajji Naga Temple' in Khajjiar situated here. And in the corners of the mandapa of the temple are installed wooden idols of five Pandavas. It is believed that the Pandavas stayed here at the time of their exile.
