Mankameshwara Temple is a religious and sacred temple situated on Ranikhet. Mankameshwara Temple is located next to the Narsingh Maidan in Ranikhet.

 According to the local people, the Mankameshwara Temple was built by the Kumaon Regimental Center in 1978 and the place is located near Ranizheel and Ranijheel is located near the temple. The idol of Lord Shiva, Maa Kalika, and Radha Krishna has been installed in this temple and Ranikhet is a very beautiful hill station surrounded by deodar and oak trees.

 From this location, the snow-capped central Himalayan ranges can be clearly seen. According to the legend, if a devotee of devotee wishes in this temple with a sincere heart, the same desire is fulfilled soon and the devotees offer bells and tridents in the temple after fulfillment of their wishes. 
Devotees have started reaching Kavand to reach Haridwar and other banks of the Ganges. It is believed that in the month of Sawan, whatever devotee offers a lotta water with reverence to Lord Shiva, he fulfills all his wishes.

Every year on the festival of Janmashtami, beautiful beautiful shingles are presented in the temple by the soldiers of Kumaon Regimental, and a huge Bhandara is also organized in the Mankameshwara temple. The Mankameshwara Temple is easily accessible as it is only 1 km from Ranikhet.
